Hi Beula If you are not on any medication for anything from your doctor you could try the herb Hypericum which is known to help with low mood. However, if you feel that this is really affecting your quality of life then it is important to see your doctor. For some women the hormonal fall can be so great that they need some kind of medical help. Please don't suffer with this!

Hi Elaine Unfortunately, we know that on-going health issues such as diabetes can make menopause symptoms worse and vice versa so your doctor should be more understanding! You may find our Menopause Support can be of benefit and you could look into a herb called Ashwaganda for low mood but just check to see if it is OK with any medication you may be on.
