Hello Rachana, Many women start this way, by having missing periods or irregular periods. (am not sure what age you are? I would suggest that you ask the doctor to test your hormone levels to clarify this for you.

Hi Donna If your periods have come back and are pretty regular then it is best not to take the Menopause Support as this is more for when your periods decrease, or stop. If youa re feeling a bit low then, usually a vitamin B Complex 50mg and a magnesium supplement 200mg twice a day can be of benefit. Changing hormones can really deplete you of energy so remember to get some relaxation in every day!

Hi Lily Prolonged periods are quite common at the start of the menopause however, they can quickly cause low iron so it is important to see your doctor about this as well.

Hi Alison This is quite common as you approach the menopause but it is not good for you and can cause anaemia quite quickly. It is important to get this checked out by your doctor, they may be able to give you some non-hormonal medication to stop the bleeding.
