Stand with one foot in front of the other in a wide stance. Lean forward and punch like a boxer. Then lean back and kick one leg into the air. Do this diagonally, so if you punch with your right hand, kick with your left foot.
Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions per leg. Rest for 30 seconds between sets.
This exercise gets both your arms and legs moving for full body cardio exercise. It also requires some core muscles to keep you balanced as you move between both actions. You can speed the exercise up for a bigger cardio workout.
