Chocolate Avocado & Banana Pudding

  • The flesh of 2 avocados
  • ½ cup Bambu® powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • A few cashew nuts, chopped

How to make Chocolate Avocado & Banana Pudding

1. Place the avocado, Bambu® powder, coco powder and banana in a blender, holding back a couple of banana slices for topping, and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Top with the remaining banana and the chopped cashew nuts.
