Curried Kale (Vegan & GF)

I love making this easy dinner side - it’s my go-to when I’m short on time and need an extra nutrient hit! Super simple to make, it is incredibility flavourful and healthy too. Team it with your favourite protein for a nutritious main meal.

Ingredients

Curried Kale

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Sea salt and chilli flakes or Herbamare® Spicy (optional)

How to make Curried Kale

1. Add coconut oil to a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Chop the kale leaves off the stem into small pieces.

3. Start frying up the kale and add in the salt and curry powder.

4. Add the hot water and continue frying until cooked.
