Start on your hands and knees with a straight back. Pull your belly button upwards, lower your head and push your tailbone down, creating an arch – this is the cat. Then gently lower your belly button, lift your head up and raise your tailbone, reversing the arch. This is the cow. Switch between cat and cow five times.
