AvenaCalm (Avena sativa) drops is a licensed herbal remedy which can be useful when you are facing mild stress or experiencing mild anxiety. It can also be used to help you sleep.

It is made from the green leafy parts of the oat plant (rather than the seeds or oat grain). Our herbs are organically grown and only freshly harvested plant material is used to produce this tincture.
