A tropical delight, this smoothie is ultra juicy and delicious. Perfect to enjoy on a warm summer's day or as a refreshing breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Pineapple Smoothie

  • 1/4 fresh pineapple
  • Ginger peeled & cubed
  • 250ml carrot juice
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 avocado, stone removed
  • Handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp Molkosan® Fruit

How to make Pineapple Smoothie

1. Peel pineapple and cut into small pieces. Peel the ginger and slice or grate into small pieces. Remove stone from avocado and cut into pieces. Mix the pineapple, ginger, carrot juice, avocado, basil and Molkosan® Fruit together and blend, using either a hand blender or blending machine.
