Who doesn’t love an ice lolly on a warm day?! Great for kids and grown-ups too, these delicious fresh fruit ice lollies will not only help cool you down when it’s warm, they are a healthy treat too, packed full of goodness, including vitamin C.

Ingredients

Fresh Fruit Ice Lollies

  • 2 cups of strawberries, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp local honey or agave syrup

How to make Fresh Fruit Ice Lollies

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the mix into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
