I have an ache in my lower tummy and sides. I haven't had a period for a few months now but I am feeling very tired. I'm on a good diet and I walk every day for almost 40 minutes, although I don't feel like walking now as I'm so drowsy. Is this normal? Can you recommend a natural product that would be able to help? I'm currently taking vitamin C, vitamin B complex, Q10, calcium, and Agnus castus.
