I'm 53 years old and I'm sure that I have started the menopause, however, I have had a few blood tests which have came back normal. In last year I have gone month and months without having a period and then I got a show. In December, I had a normal period, heavy to start with and then lighter for a few days. Since then I had nothing until a few weeks ago I got a show. Before December, I went 5 months with nothing. I get night-sweats, but I'm taking sage tablets to help with that problem now. Lately I've had palpitations after running and chest pains. I sometimes feel light-headed and unwell though it seems to pass. What is your opinion?
