I'm 43 years old and my period was irregular for 4-5years. I was diagnosed with a thyroid defiency but it has since been regulated for a year. Now, I have not had a period and I'm feeling some of the symptoms of the menopause. I am currently practicing Ayurvedic so I can get my periods back to normal. Do I have to accept the menopause? And if so, how long do I have to suffer for?
