Could you tell me which tincture would be best for anxiety and IBS? I am bloated and this is causing me to be very anxious, which then makes my IBS worse.

Both bloating and anxiety are common in the menopause and are often closely linked.

I would suggest AvenaCalm for the anxiety and Molkosan for the bloating.
