    I am going to be 51 and not had my period since Jan this year since v recently I am getting a lot of embarassing wind and bloating and at night no matter what I eat look and feel s few months pregnant!!! I do pilates twice per week and walk at least one hour briskly twice per week, cn you suggest something for thr bloating?
