    i developed a mental block about going out on my own since my peri menopause caused severe iron deficiency in my late 40s how can i over come this any ideas thank you.

      Hi Julie Please consider finding a local Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. They can work wonders helping reset the thoughts in anxiety.

    Hi Emma, I am 48 years old and I have lost my hair at the top of my head. Is this caused by the menopause?I am not on any medication apart from menopause support and calcium.

    I had a anxiety a thing heart racing couldn't breathe properly is it anxiety ? What can I do about it

      Hi Vicky, did this happen whilst you were exercising? Depending on how much activity you were doing at the time it could be related to this or it could have been the result of anxiety or a panic attack. If you experience repeat episodes we would recommend you go to your doctor so they can help you identify what might be going on.
