Looking for a soup that tastes as good as it looks? Try our healthy and deliciously creamy beetroot and radish soup. This unique take on a traditional winter soup will tantalise the taste buds. The subtle blend of spice and beautiful, bright colour makes for a fabulously hearty feast.


Creamy Beetroot & Radish Soup

  • 1 tbsp Herbamare® Bouillon vegetable stock, dissolved in 1 ltr boiling water
  • 300g potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 radishes, halved
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 350g beetroot, cooked and quartered
  • Herbamare® Original seasoning salt, to season
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt, plus a spoonful for garnish
  • Black pepper, to season
  • Sprinkle of dill, to garnish

  • For vegans & dairy free: replace the natural yoghurt with soy yoghurt

How to make Creamy Beetroot & Radish Soup

1. Boil the potatoes in the Herbamare® Bouillon vegetable stock for 15 minutes.

2. Add the radishes and onions to the pot and simmer for a further 15 minutes.

3. Add the beetroot to the pot and season with Herbamare® Original seasoning salt. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

4. Pour into the blender and add the natural yoghurt. Season with black pepper and blend until smooth.

5. Serve with a spoonful of natural yoghurt on top and sprinkle with dill.
