Balance Electrolyte Mineral Drink is a powdered food supplement that contains magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium and vitamin D, which makes it great at reducing fatigue, improving energy and replacing electrolytes.
Magnesium - contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Zinc – contributes to normal cognitive function, macronutrient metabolism, protein synthesis and immune function.
Calcium – contributes to normal energy metabolism, muscle function, bone maintenance and neurotransmission.
