Hi, I am currently taking venlafaxine an antidepressant which my GP prescribed because of suffering with migraines and taking sumatriptan for these. I am not happy with taking them and trying to wean myself off. Can I still take your project whilst doing this

Hello Nic, The Menopause support tablets have no known contraindications with your medication, so should be ok here. It contains a little magnesium, this mineral is helpful for tension headaches in general. If you are weaning yourself off medication remember to let the doctor know for guidance. Take care

Hello Jo, The Menopause support tablets can help if you begin to suffer lots of different symptoms during the menopause. It should be fine with your thyroid medication. However, it is important to have regular symptom checks and have any medication reviewed regarding thyroid issues. In the meantime, drink plenty of plain water to nourish your joints and try a magnesium supplement to help reduce anxiety and relax muscles and aching bones. Best wishes

Hi. Is this safe to take if you have endometriosis? I know I should be avoiding soy and don't want to aggravate my symptoms.

Hi Jane, this often depends on your individual situation. If you are able to email me directly at Eileen@avogel.co.uk with a little more information that would be great. Please tell me your age and what is currently happening with your periods at this stage.
